The Director-General of the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs (NIIA), Prof. Eghosa Osaghae, yesterday, paid a courtesy call on the Chief of Army Staff(COAS), Lt. Gen. TA Lagbaja.
Prof. Osaghae congratulated the COAS on his meritorious appointment and assured him of NIIA’s readiness to collaborate with the defence body, especially in areas of providing early security alertness.
The COAS who was visibly elated at the visit, affirmed his willingness to partner with NIIA in diverse fronts.
NIIA’s delegation who were part of the visit included the Institute’s Abuja Liaison Officer, Mr. Christian Nwaigwe, Mr. Peter Jolayemi and Mr. Kayode Bolaji.
