The NIIA yesterday held a Seminar on Russia-Ukraine War & the Imperatives of a New Global Order. The Seminar which attracted expert personalities from all walks of life dissected the issues surrounding the Russia and Ukraine War and its implications on the World. The Director General Prof Eghosa Osaghae welcomed all participants to the event. The seminar which was both physical and virtual was well attended.
