The NIIA held a public lecture on India and Nigeria-Partners for Progress in Africa. The lecture which was delivered by His Excellency Mr M.J Akbar-The Indian Honourable Minister of State for External Affairs bordered on strengthening Nigeria-Indian relations. Guests from all walks of life attended the lecture. The Director General, Prof. Bukar Bukarambe was on ground to formally welcome guests.
